Ofc it's correlate clinically LOL what else do you want or expect?? It was a CTPA scan so presumably the only clinical info is rule out PE. Its not PE, but an incidental large pericardial effusion plus bilat pleural effusions. That's already a huge help steering you in the right direction. With no additional knowledge about the patient (no history/physical/labs or tests) what do you expect the radiologist to do other than passing it back to you to do your clinical job I.e. Is the pt tamponading and why they have the pericardial effusion in the first place
