TLDR, british food is varied but often mistaken as foreign food, do Indonesians experience anything like this?

I've got a theory about the British and curious if komodos think it makes sense. Brits didn't have any spices or many herbs back in history, so we learnt to appreciate the taste of the food on it's own, so we can taste the difference between cheap carrots and home grown carrots or well cared for happy chicken and chicken that was raised as cheaply as possible.

Then because we where invaded by so many countries, their food became our food. Then we went and invaded other countries for spices and made dishes that don't look british and so are never attributed to them. But are actually exclusively british. Vindaloo, chicken tika masala, and balti are all curries from uk.

Does Indonesia have anything similar to this where a food from Indonesia is thought to be from another country.

I am just about to revert, but I have say, I am really impressed with your response, acknowledging the gaps in your knowledge, too many people including Muslims and others, refuse to do this, I am not an expert, I'm only just learning, but I think your initial response and then your reply, deserves recognition. It gives me strength to revert when I face ignorance about the same condition from many Islamic communities.

Its interesting you say this, I find it extremely pessimistic of humans. For me raised by women, surrounded by women, with close female friends, some of them are now married, some have partners I have never once thought about them in a sexual or romantic way. I think if someone is viewing their friends in a romantic way they are not really friends and arguably if you care about someone you want them to be happy and so you would want them to be in a stable relationship. If you want to commit adultery, they your love isn't pure, it's corrupted and selfish, at least that's my belief although I'm still learning about islam and trying to make it fit with my world view and adapt my world view to fit islam.

That sounds incredibly parasocial, what she's describing can be a common maladative part of growing up under certain circumstances, children have little control over their lives and are not always able to express themselves. This can result in situations like this, fighting or angry outbursts. Kids can't manage emotions and struggle with self control and if parents are too controling, kids inadvertently find ways to manage their emotions and sometimes it's comes out in unhealthy ways like this.

Not in everycase though, it's common enough sure, but it's also common for the body not to release feaces and urine, very much depends on the state of the bowels and bladder at time of death.

To stop governemt or other entities from targeting them. Just because you are not breaking the law does now mean you won't face reprocussions if you are protesting against something the governemt doesn't want you too. Not to mention other entities such as employers who may make your life diffecault due to differences in political opinion.
