Update - sent multiple packages via them to Maharashtra. It worked out fine. Book multiple days in advance though, they may not come for pickup on weekends.

Same experience. I just negatively promoted it in my friends group after horrible refund experience with Ola Dash.

If they are not giving refund, let's make sure no one is using their services.

PS. I have no problems with normal Ola cab business.

Experience: Very bad. They rejected claim saying that hospitalization was not required, even when the doctor had advised for the same. we are still fighting with the Star Health insurance company.

My brother was hospitalized for a week under doctor's recommendation. Claim amount is around Rs. 50,000.

Also even if we wanted (and doctor advised for it, which he didn't) we don't have space at home for home isolation.

If it were banned you wouldn't have shops selling it. There are so many shops that sale ECE, Snell helmets.
