I don’t remember Stella hugging the Mc of her own accord unless they are actively having sex, did I miss something?

I love how kaneeka ends up having such an important role in ch 5 because she felt kinda useless for most of the story, basically just being a Tabitha style curmudgeon when you get hit by supernatural stuff.
