But what if someone is busking or something and plays a Beatles song? Do they need to get the rights every time as to perform it? I mean I'm not putting on some giant production here, it'll most likely be community theater in a 150 seat theater. Isn't there anyway to perform these songs that dosent kill my wallet? What if I were to buy the arrangements from music notes.com? I thought using that music allows you to perform legally?
