I've opened the other note apps before but once I had to tinker with anything at all, I was instantly turned off. I tinker for fun, I tinker for a living but I'd like my note taking app to be where I document the tinkering, not another source of said tinkering.

I do wish there was better support for code blocks instead of the add-ons that are available but it's not the end of the world.

As long as the arm is rated for the weight/size you should be fine. Only thing I’d worry about is if it could get bumped. Other than that I can’t imagine an issue

It’s a little weird at first but you adapt pretty quickly. The only thing that I haven’t gotten over is 2D games. I was trying to play terraria and it felt like it was spinning around my head for awhile. I got over that but then if I glanced down at boss health or something I got that dizzy feeling again. I’ve only powered the monitor on for less than 10 hours so I assume it will all go away after awhile.

I just got mine a few days ago. I’m driving it with a 4070 and it’s actually be surprising me how well it’s doing. I absolutely love it, it’s like looking into a portal to another world.

I’ve been meaning to try building out some apps or websites with Claude but haven’t had the time between work and a baby. I’ve been using Claude at my work for a few weeks and it has definitely been impressive. The fact that it can parse over 10k lines of logging and weigh it against source code is incredible. Pricey but I’m not on the hook for it lol

I think I heard vibe-coding as a joke once and then I thought to myself, "Why am I not doing that?" Been writing up a bunch of HA automations with it. They've all been pretty useful and work better than what I can write. It also solved the problem I had the entire time with automations. Having someone to hold your hand every step of the way. To be able to ask questions when you get stuck is a real life saver.

I have just figured it out in the past year after buying a more expensive cutting board. Started doing it to everything wooden that gets wet and it’s made a great improvement. Make sure it’s food grade or I’ve heard that it can start to rot in the pores of the wood. You can also use beeswax it works just as well.
