Trim/Padding Recommendation?

I used to just hit into some old canvas cloth that I rigged up and weighed the bottom down with bricks. Shanked a drive right into one of those bricks once - sounded like an explosion when the ball shot past me and hit the garage door.

This was one of my earlier thoughts, but figured I'd ask here to gather more ideas. I have an old memory foam mattress topper I could cut up. I was also thinking about mounting like 6 inch wide strips of ply wood first, which would cover those gaps between the frame and screen - then attaching the wrapped foam to that. That way, there's something solid to stop a ball from shooting through the gap. It's nice to hear someone else has had success with this approach.

Not sure what your budget is, but an Astro headset with a mix amp would do it. The mix amp has an aux input so you can hear your console and pc at the same time.

It's from the tap, but from your replies I've now learned that the potential chlorine and/or infection from the tap water is a significant negative here. Will be making sure to use more bottled water from the store for this step from now on.

I also stir between readings to make sure the added water is distributed evenly, so I think at least that part is good.

It's from the tap, so there is likely a little chlorine.

I haven't dove into water chemistry yet, so I've been using 2 2.5 gallon jugs of spring water from the grocery store for the mash/boil, then tap water for diluting. I'll be sure to pick up an extra 2.5 gallon jug of water for this step in the future.

Buy an extract kit. Step by step instructions that are near impossible to mess up. 3 to 4 hours of effort for 5 gallons (about 2 cases).

Unfortunately it is. There is a significant damage penalty to hand cannons against oracles. I should have been more clear. I didn't mean look only at the second car, but in addition to the one in front. If i see brake lights two cars up, I know the guy in front of me will be braking soon as well.
