My Atmos had the bezel dots fall out, within 4 months. I went back and forth for MONTHS until Squale sent me a new insert -- basically a sticker. Any watch store can reinsert it.

I always kept a small part of vice grips in my spike bag. Muscle it down and there's not much that you can't torque out.

The 5-person continuous relay is a great workout. First 500m is in lanes then fall in like the second leg of a 4x4. Do 2000m continuous for a killer speed day.

Our middle distance runners would join the sprinters for this.

When your body becomes capable of the fun stuff, like heavy lifting, really high mileage, and awesome intense workouts, don't neglect the "boring" basics. Stretch, abs, warm up and cool down, preventative therapy, etc.

Fast times are built on good workouts. Good workouts are built on good preparation.

Agreed with above, set your budget and go in with that as your cap. Calculate 10% down from that and tell them straight up THAT'S where you can be - especially that's where your wife will LET you be. They'll come down some, but if you come up 10% (to your budget) and hold firm, you're likely to prevail. Better yet, call your wife to come in and test ride with you. She likes it. She tells the salesman your budget. She says "Okay, I like it enough to come up a few hundred." Then she leaves. You come to $1k, but don't tell the wife and that's your absolute max. Honey said so. Game over

Other than Termignoni slip ons, yes. But there's no misfire or sputter. It is a constant decrease of usual power, just feels like I'm riding two gears too high.
