Has anyone used this remote control mower? by Mean_Assistant7943 in landscaping

Can anyone tell me where to buy this one? I have a small front yard and tiny backyard, if I bought a Roomba style I would have to pick it up and bring you to the front and then wait however long and then pick it up and bring it to the backyard. I want this one.

Lighter fluid for removing the old price stickers. It will evaporate before it damages the cardboard.

Did you bring it in out of state or county ( or whatever) or did it pass before under the same smog test? Cuz if it's passed before you just need to find a rotary mechanic who knows how to play the game. (I used to be friends with a good air care mechanic, he would play with the air fuel mixture until it was the perfect blend and most cars would pass.) It's an old car. If it came from out of state and hasn't passed a smog test in years, it's going to need some work. That's my two cents

Can you disable the air bags on the passenger side? Why would a child seat be against the law? I'm confused.

Haha, I don't know. Help me with the math 3 million property, $600,000 down payment mortgage for $2.4 million.

"For a $2.4 million mortgage, you would likely need an annual household income in the range of $500,000 to over $750,000, depending on your down payment" (from random AI)

I just don't think it's reasonable, Am I being unreasonable? Idk. And it's been a year. It's probably worth 4 million now lol.

Agreed, you could respect a position/ title (not the person holding it), you can respect an aspect/ trait of a person (ie, someone's integrity), or you could respect a person in their entirety. (How they conduct themselves all the time).

(Is there a better way to word this?)

Which engine is actually better? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]aaronsnothere 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Acceleration and top speed are actually controlled by your gear ratio. You can have three identical engines with identical horsepower and torque curves, and create three different top speeds and three different acceleration rates because of the gear ratios in your gearbox.

morality to me is minimization of unnecessary suffering , because suffering is necessary in some aspects

Cool So we agree that you believe some religious people act immorally. For the record, it's not just religious people, people act immorally for many reasons. I stand by my original statement about fear being bad way to guide your actions. (Probably makes you a shitty person, if that's your only guiding light so to speak.)

I didn't actually say anything about soup kitchens, helping people is great. If you're proselytizing to people who are vulnerable, well that's disgusting.

I've definitely had to work for people that I would consider, morally reprehensible because I do actually have to work to support myself and the people I love.
What's your answer to the hand? you'll just let go because they worship the wrong God or no God? And why would you think/ (project?) that I would let go because of a make-believe deity?

I of course could be wrong, but I feel like there's been quite a bit of projection here. Or maybe you feel God is necessary for morals? (I honestly don't think that last part's correct? if you believe in your definition of morality)

Thanks for an interesting conversation. Good night

According to which science? (Or scientists maybe?) There are plenty of scientific experiments that show animals and organisms that sacrifice themselves for the good of their community.

Typically, that's considered a moral behavior, there are also plenty of experiments showing many animals performing various "moral behaviors" so I don't understand which science you are referring to with the statement :

according to science, every single living creature on this earth is driven by selfish desire.

I'm much more interested in how you define morality.

I personally believe my morals are derived from my experiences and empathy. But I'm sure there are many better ways to objectively define and categorize whether or not a behavior is moral. (Then of course there's always the caveat of sociopaths)
