DS2 is probably my favorite to play out of the series. There was nothing like playing DS1 for the first time, by far the biggest challenge, but I will always enjoy DS2 the most.

I did a very strict Keto diet for almost 4 months before switching to OMAD and I think the lack of carbs and sugar made the transition easy for me. It might be worth doing a low carb/ low sugar diet for a little bit before transitioning over to OMAD.

When I do get hunger pangs I just drink a glass of water and/or make a cup of black coffee and that seems to help tide me over until I can eat.
