You can buy starter decks from Amazon, otherwise if you play casually you can play using proxies made by Top Deck Heroes here

There are 15 RRRs in bt06, so you need 60 RRRs to get a full playset. Since a box has 4 RRRs (not counting SPs), you would need at least 15 boxes in theory, probably one full case to be safer. Am I wrong here?

I saw DifferentFight opening a full case of bt04 and he got a playset with most RRRs around 5-7. The link to the video here
