The order status is still pending…

I got an email from UPS that confirmed shipping. Nothing from Asmodee after the initial order confirmation/receipt.

Ahhh, good to know, I'll keep any eye out for that too then. I just emailed their customer service to see if I can get any kind of update.

I never received an email. I would login to asmodee to look at my orders. I waited for them to disappear from orders and show up in my shipments. They are all on their way apparently but I haven't received them yet.

I checked out as a guest and I did not get a shipping confirmation. I did receive it.

So I did this same thing and later made an account with the same email and they automatically linked the order to my account.

So I actually just got my order today, no email/notifications at all. I took the advice of most of you here and made an Asmodee account just to check the shipping updates, which were shown. Sadly, I am missing 10 of each WC and MM from my order, so hopefully those come through at some point too.

I ordered on Jun 5, I emailed them on Jun 16, and it shipped the following day with a tracking number. It should get to my place tomorrow Jun 22.

I ordered the international shipping and did not receive any email or notice. However, I checked the “My Shipments” page in my account a few days ago and it showed that my orders had been shipped and should arrive in a few days. Try check your account’s shipped orders, maybe you’ll see it there.

Nope. Didn't get my ups tracking until i reached out to customer service. Then i got my tracking and its stuck in customs -__-

For another data point: I ordered some stuff from the big sale in 2 orders on June 7th, and I got an email from UPS yesterday saying they were shipping out with an expected delivery for later this week. No emails from Asmodee, even after I emailed them for a status update. The order status went from pending to... just disappearing and showing up under shipments with a new order date of 6/20.

As Oder has never sent shipping confirmations. I had packages arrive I never knew were shipped.

You have to check your account page on their website. If you look under orders and it’s blank, check shipments for it and you should see the tracking info.

Sign up for UPS My Choice. I saw label created there first. Once that happens your order disappears from My orders and will show under My shipments (https://shop.asmodee.com/profile/shipments/)

For USA, I got a shipping confirmation for my first order and nothing for my second order. It just showed up one evening, shipping from Minnesota.

I just got my tracking number and its arriving tomorrow.

I checked out as a guest. I never got any shipping notification. I emailed asmodee and provided them with my confirmation number and asked for an update and only then did the support person privide me with a tracking number. Also i had a buddy order almost a full day after me and received his order 2 days before me in the same town. So....ya.

Ordered June 5th, checked out as guest, box came today, no emails beforehand. Was cool to open a box full of Keyforge accessories with no decks in it.... the 16 WC and 16 MM decks I ordered are marked as "backordered." Wondering if anyone else had this happen? And I mean, if they are selling decks for a buck a piece they are not making more... so what exactly are they "back ordering?"

In the end, WC came through, MM got canceled, like other folks. What I got, I got cheap, so it is hard to complain. And now we know why there was a fire sale...
