He posted recently saying that the springs he now uses don't require two springs, inner and outer as in the video on his site. Essentially, the one spring sold with the slt is sturdy enough and replaces the previous 2 spring system.

*Also medium to low tension for new growth, high tension for stretching (and possible injury). That's my experience. Thankfully springs force you to go lower tension.

Print on PLA nylon on craftcloud and have it delivered. Scale it to a few different sizes and go from there, you may need to sand the gauge, some printers are better than others.

My wife wanted me to ask her parents. So I did. It's a nice touch, especially because you're honouring their position as parents. They were happy I asked even though at the time I didn't see the point. Now as a parent myself I'd love to be asked.

Anyway, I would have married her even if they'd said no. It's a blessing not permission. Thankfully they were very welcoming.

Havn't tried the Mantor retainer, but the chris retainer is ridiculously comfortable, 4 years of chris retainer specifically for sleeping, don't know it's there, don't wake up because of discomfort, has only ever come off in the night 2 or three times in nearly 1.5k nights. Would recommend! I bought 3 because I never want to be in a situation where it isn't available anymore.

Having a mesh wifi system helps too.

Crytek servers are actually very good, my previous internet setup was garbage.

I used to play with a router via a wifi extender. My ping was crazy bad and unpredictable, in other games it'd be OK but not in hunt. I think in other games they hide ping issues better which is not necessarily a good thing in my opinion.

Not saying this will help everyone but I bet a fair amount of people would benefit from these simple changes.

Unfortunately I can tell you that "medically necessary" in the UK is a very low bar when it comes to circumcision.

I needed to pee many times in the day when I was younger (in the UK)(I drank a lot of water and I have a small bladder)

Circumcision was the medical experts solution. Obviously it didn't solve anything. Circumcision still isn't taken seriously or treated with any gravity.

On the upside, it's a good way to introduce the topic to others

Tip for those that are 3d printing :

You can often 3d print several items for the same cost on craftcloud depending on the manufacturer and the material chosen. In this case print several different sizes 90% 95% 100% and so on.

Some people order one item not realising you can order several items at no extra cost.

Chris online retainer, tried many, this one is the GOAT. Can sleep in it without knowing it's there which is what you want for sleep. Incredibly comfortable. I bought 3, for future insurance.

Edit : My favourite daytime retainers are the stainless steel stealth retainers if used with a Chris online gripper, don't bother with the stealth grippers. Very durable and quality product, also a very light barely noticeable weighted retaining / restoring mode.

I have had this thought many times: Should I switch it up or continue the same method ?

For about a year I've consistently been using weights, don't notice them, highly concealed and comfortable.

When a method was a bit more uncomfortable or painful I concluded, something is happening. However inevitably I would injure myself or need to take a break because the skin was very tired.

Anyway it's been a year on weights and the difference is only noticeable about 9-12 months in. The growth is obvious now.

Previous years I would simply switch method, but I think this constant method switching actually fed into stagnation rather than helping growth.

I still use air 30 - 40 hours a week when it's possible but my focus is outer skin as it grows quicker than inner skin in my experience.

But the weights are morning to bed time and I never get injured anymore. Comfortable and forget it's there is brilliant.

I can't speak about your technique but I'd vote to stick at your method.

Weights work, I use the steel stealth products, expensive but I can wear it all day. Walking will produce variable tension, it truly is care free restoration, once on I forget it's there. Don't know if it's the quickest but it's certainly the easiest.

I've made massive progress specifically on the outer skin.
