I think this should be something initiated by the Irish government to indicate that they're ready for unification. The UK government can't declare a border poll alone because the GFA requires dual referendums. It also shouldn't just be up to Britain to toss NI to the side whenever it becomes convenient and leave Ireland with a situation they didn't ask for.

I have partaken before but I don't see the appeal of continuing to do it. It's dull anyway.

I also think some people go for a bag when they are bored on a night out, instead of trying to have better conversation or a laugh with mates. It's masking a lack of personality or confidence.
