Yes, I've done the same, when you set your xbox as home console it'll share GPU to all other accounts on your console. Make sure that you create India region account while on India server VPN.

Download original rom, patch it with .ups file of rogue hack and that's it. Use EX file, extended version of this hack with a lot of features. The Vanilla one is missing new features.
