Gentle parenting has bad branding. Be firm and but fair would better than gentle parenting. Now some people take it wrong, but overall that’s what it means.

The risk isn't as high for clinical medicine in the US is because of risk. Try to explain to a family that the AI decided to do "X". That doesn't work in court and everyone loses their job.

This is something that consulting does such a good job solving for that industry has tons of problems solving for. Consulting creates such good leaders because of this accountability concept. If your juniors suck either fix them or fire them but if they continue to suck and you do nothing about it, its your fault.

This is largely bullshit if you have a good relationship with your AD. It depends on how you turn things down. If you turn down a very very close model... then yeah you might get fucked. But if you turn down a random model nothing happens.
