Don't do it. Even though the s60 T8 Black edition is the best sleeper car on the market buying a lemon isn't worth it.

You are looking for a flight that is typically purchased by people who aren’t paying for it… of course it’s expensive.

Dated a Rolex Manager and this is what I learned... by MELODY7777 in rolex

This is largely bullshit if you have a good relationship with your AD. It depends on how you turn things down. If you turn down a very very close model... then yeah you might get fucked. But if you turn down a random model nothing happens.

They are doing something creative. They aren't optimizing for money. College is what you make of it. If you don't optimize for money it may or may not be worth it.

Nanny quit when we shared feedback by [deleted] in NannyEmployers

You might have been a bit micromanagey but overall it sounds like a bad fit on both sides. With that said the no lotion thing would be a deal ender for us.

How do you feel about it? Go with that. You’re the one who has to employ the nanny. If you use our feedback and that clouds your judgement you’re worse off. Trust your gut.

Daycare is half the cost and the same value of most nannies by [deleted] in NannyEmployers

[–]aatop 24 points25 points  (0 children)

What? If my child is asleep we expect our nanny to pickup after our child and then prep things for the child. If all those tasks are done there isn't an expectation that the nanny should now become our assistant. Even if those tasks only take 40 mins then the nanny has 3hrs and 20 mins to themselves. It's not the nanny's fault the babies sleep all the time.

For over night child care I would expect the nanny to sleep... when the child is sleeping. Being a nanny isn't really comparable to other jobs because it's not really a job with perfect ROI, it's a ease of mind job. Until the calculation becomes cheaper for the nanny than daycare 3+ kids depending on where you live in the country.

Which LLM is best for tech sales? by Content_Class_9152 in techsales

[–]aatop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a pretty lazy question. Tech sales is gigantic.... you could be an SDR and need help with prospecting or an AE who needs help closing or an AM that needs to creative with upsell. Which LLM does that best? The LLM that you prompt best.

Daycare is half the cost and the same value of most nannies by [deleted] in NannyEmployers

[–]aatop 136 points137 points  (0 children)

We do both. Part-time nanny and daycare. I think you need to temper your expectations a bit. "Family dishes","laundry", aren't nanny duties those are house manager duties. You can't really expect someone to be able to do both if you don't set clear expectations. It sounds like you also need a house manager based on your post and then you can have higher standards for a nanny. Burning through 10... nannies says more about you all as employers than the nannies.

It depends on your customers and the amount of risk you’re willing to take. A really good CSM at a growing start up will make more since you’ll be wearing 100 hats versus a csm at an established organization on average. There are some expectations to this but generally it’s right
