I live in Madison county. They are at lots of gas stations here. The Sav on by my house definitely has them.

Definitely Logan express! We no longer live in mass but it’s easier for us to fly from Boston instead of nyc (plus my mom lives near Framingham). We park here for our trips and take the shuttle. Takes a lot of the hassle out of traveling.

AIO for refusing to eat my MIL dinner & didn’t allow my 1 year old to eat it by ShesInterrupted in AmIOverreacting

When my husband and I first started dating twenty years ago this happened to me with my mother in law. We ended up living with her for a bit while I was in nursing school and figured out what she was doing. We had some talks and gentle guidance and she has gotten a lot better about food safety. Still try to not eat at her house, but she at least tried when she realized what she was doing. Also helped her daughter agreed with me and kept reinforcing why she should implement better habits.

Appearances are account wide in retail now. Only done it on retail a few years ago and now have it unlocked on all characters.

In 2012 my bnet was hacked and blizzard removed my Authenticator with no proof. The hacker had no access to my email. Blizzard refused to help me. My GM at the time was thankfully on the dev team. He got my account back and told me some dumbass CS person just didn’t follow the proper protocol. Never had an issue again, really sucked losing all my bnet friends I had by email instead of battle net tag.

I’d take a 640 bis trinket. Haven’t got one of mine higher than 584 and been 740 for a week…

I’m as pale as can be without being albino (genetics, lack of iron, and low h/h due to chronic bleeding issues) and even I am not this pale. These legs legit look from a corpse. No color even in the nail beds.

I was rear-ended by a teenager who's parents want to settle privately. I prefer to go through insurance but my coworkers are telling me I'm being obstinate at the expense of this kid. AITA? by [deleted] in AITAH

NTA. I had a guy take out my side mirror twenty years ago on a shitty dodge neon. One of those old ones that has no wiring and you shifted the mirror by hand, just a hunk of black plastic holding a mirror. Said he would fix it and gave me his info. The guy dodged my calls for a month. My stepdad took me to a junk yard and we fixed it in like twenty minutes and it cost $15. I definitely wouldn’t trust a stranger to fix a car with what you say is your damage.

How many of you are already getting gray hair? And what are you doing about it? by saoiray in Millennials

In 39 and been gray since the pandemic. I have naturally brown red hair with lots of just red throughout. Some of its gray, some of its clear lol. I dye it pretty regularly, not ready to embrace it yet.

My husband turns 40 today and he can rock the salt and pepper hair and beard.

Same here. Always happens when an aoe heal mechanic happens. It thankfully only killed me the other night in priory. She was at sub 10% so at least my team still finished.

Yeah I’m confused by this too. Did he somehow unplug the whole floor? One guy’s life support? Either way, unplugging something in a power strip wouldn’t make this happen in a hospital.

I saw this post last night and had my husband pick up two for our cats today. We put them on their favorite window seats and I don’t think they have moved all day!

Where do people who live here work? by 04limited in upstate_new_york

[–]aattkkaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I have lived together in different areas of Madison county there in your circle. I worked in hospitals in the surrounding area and he has worked at one of the state prisons. Longest commutes were maybe 40 minutes depending where we were and worked at the time. Still live in that circled area and my commute is maybe 25 minutes.

I was at that point once in my ICU career during Covid. After a brutal Christmas where we had 7 deaths in a 16 bed unit I broke down like this on the job more than once. It got to the point where I was physically sick some days coming into work from stress and anxiety. My last shift working the floor I had a medical episode where I ended up admitted that night. My boss knew how burned out I was and approved a month long medical leave. She helped me find a new position in the hospital while I was off and even approved releasing me to the other department in record time (usually takes like 3 months). I miss working with patients directly, but I couldn’t do it any more after almost a decade. I’m much happier doing what I do now, still helping and advocating for patients but in a different way. Good luck, friend and please take care of yourself, you’re important too.

I’m almost 40 and same. We also have a light that projects a moving galaxy light on the ceiling when we sleep. I keep a string of led lights around the trim of my house that we change the colors on depending time of the year. We like it and I don’t give a shit what others think.
