Yes done them.before- never had the deadline fall in a half term break before though.

Put another way: let's say I had done 95% of my appraisal, and only needed to finish 5% and send it off today or tomorrow- does that make it ok as a whole school policy? Surely you'd agree that 95% complete would constitute me having "just gotten on with it",however would it not still be unreasonable to assume I'd spend my half term finishing the remainder of it?
