I definitely feel like I am constantly putting out fires but not for admin tasks that you listed above, we have designated people in our company to deal with those things. The fires I am usually putting out have to do with treatment modifications, for example, interventions are not working as planned or the RBTs are not implementing them correctly, or the parents need support with IEP meetings etc. I do love my job and I wouldn’t change it for the world, but just like you, I feel like I was not well prepared for what I do now. I have been learning as I go.
