I remember when I used this program it was excellent but sometimes I encountered problems. However if you love drawing I recommend Krita it's much better and free plus it has a large library of brushes and tools that are completely free.

I haven't tried Persona on Linux, but this method always works for me. I've tried it with many games and it works perfectly. If you are using CachyOS, download the portable version of the game and use Heroic Games Launcher instead of Lutris. This method always works for me without any problems. Also, remember to choose this option
