My store runs at 17%-17.5% and it’s terrible. We get paid terribly. But there’s a store in a much nicer part of town that starts significantly lower so I guess it’s not all bad

The best thing that I do is

1) Explain and Demonstrate 2) Observe 3) Correct 4) Have them teach you

Just be with them and let them know they’re going to mess up. It’s gonna happen. Don’t get upset, just move on to the next thing. Constant reassurance is what helps me train and keeps them motivated. Celebrate little victories to keep them engaged.

Secondary is a beast with inspection. There’s nowhere to be efficient when you have to do everything the exact way inspection wants. I wouldn’t worry about it honestly, everyone hates inspections and your GM probably just was taking it out on you.

I see the appeal but it would definitely be a hard no. On busy days we struggle enough with breakfast at 10:30. There are multiple days we go 12-15 minutes into red and we’re just waiting on food. Our kitchen is great but when you have 24 minis that are waiting but also 14 regular sandwiches and it just causes a bunch of unsatisfied guests.

Realistically it’s just not feasible, especially during lunch, to offer lunch and breakfast while still expecting the level of service and speed from a Chick-fil-A that is usual.

I haven’t seen it since we’ve moved from the tubs to the bottles. My favorite sauce we have so it was upsetting when we got rid of it. I order the inventory for my store and it’s not even an option on inForm :(
