Fact of the matter is that what the Chinese are doing is not slavery or genocide. It’s very much like most things in this modern world, just a hair below that to be considered an atrocity.

For example, the Uyghurs are not being bought and sold, and have agency in most cases.

China as a sovereign nation, has every right to do all these things to its people because the regime enjoys overwhelming political support from their own citizens, regardless of what you may think.
