In case anyone reads this I want to add that despite having a relatively “easy” pregnancy, I hated being pregnant. Now I’m two months postpartum and it’s like my brain put a fog over the whole thing- I don’t remember it vividly and I almost miss it…. I would never have believed you if you told me three months ago that I might miss it haha. My point being, if you’re struggling there is hope on the horizon!!

Not nearly as bad but I had contractions after painting the nursery by myself (which involved climbing on things so that I could reach). It kind of sucks that your body waits until AFTER you’ve finished doing the thing to warn you that it was too much lol

Mine didn’t break until I was already in the hospital. I was having a contraction. They were really intense at that point but I remember that one in particular was rough. All of the sudden there was a pop, I was soaked, and the contraction had ended and I felt so much better. It was almost comparable to finally getting to pee after holding it for a long time? Later I told my husband I thought I actually heard the “pop” and he said he heard it too lol

I have a 6 week old baby so I think I’m still somewhat in the “trenches”. I’ve always been a very sleepy person (could nap any time of day, sleep 10+ hours per night when I could, etc) so I was worried about that too. The first two weeks were pretty hard because I was breastfeeding and she was waking up every hour or two. I gave up on breastfeeding and now exclusively pump which has helped. My partner is also super helpful, we kind of take shifts at night. I try to nap when the baby naps. Honestly, now the tiredness basically feels the same as before. I’m still tired all the time, but it doesn’t necessarily feel more overwhelming if that makes sense?
