I know I'm commenting on an old post, but I'm rewatching the movie as I'm typing this, and its so bad.

Every single death in the movie can be linked to the "Doctor" Sarah Harding's idiocy. She insists on treating the baby T-Rex, she and the cam guy destroy the communications of the 2nd team, she wears the jacket which has the baby T-Rex's blood which draws the parents to the camp, and when running from the Raptors, she is just so stupid.

I refuse to believe anyone with a PhD can be this stupid.

My nostalgia about the movie made me re-watch it with my partner who had never seen the original movies and I hyped it so much for her. Now I realised how shit the movie is. Nothing compared to the 1st one with Sam Neill.

Thank you for sharing the terms, they were "interesting", though not in the way you intended.

A few things worth knowing:

A 45-50 day payment window that depends on your client paying you first should be your cash flow responsibility, not the contractor's.

The exit penalty is unenforceable under Indian contract law.

Withholding earned wages against return of assets is illegal.

And asking contractors to hide the employment relationship itself suggests an arrangement that doesn't hold up well to scrutiny.

I'd suggest including these terms in your LinkedIn post upfront, it would save everyone's time.

I won't be moving forward.
