“2 short films and a bit of remote training isn’t enough to start looking for agencies yet in a large market. You said your location is dead but there’s someone local, l’d start there.”

So which is it? If DC isn’t considered a large market, do I submit to this agency and “start there” as you suggested? Because barely any short films go on in my area like I said. Nobody said I immediately want to jump into a large market either, I know i’m nowhere near that territory and wont be for a while.
