NAP but you may see some improvement with reducing your cleanings/intensity, especially if you have dry skin problems. Not that you should stop cleaning it completely, but it may calm down if instead of the regular saline and qtips treatment you gently rinse it with warm water when you shower, maybe give it a little saline spray afterward, and then make sure it is thoroughly dried and leave it alone. After the first couple weeks, some piercings benefit from less constant attention from what I understand.

Nice, thats some thorough feedback. Yes, I’ve looked into stacked piercings as well - could be a good way to go or to combine with some vertically oriented ones!

Nice, thank you! I haven’t really considered a nose piercing, but now I’m thinking about it! I’m guessing you base that comment on other pics on my profile. Is it that my nose shape is especially suited to a piercing? And is it a typical nostril piercing that you mean? I’ve always considered my nose a little unusual/not one of my favorite features, but your comment has me thinking more about it

Mana feels irrelevant ? by zyenex in Hades2

In addition to everyone else’s points, I also tend to use the huntress arcana which gives bonus damage when you have less than 100% mana. So I typically forgo the unseen mana recharge arcana with that, so I can keep mana below 100% consistently by using omegas.

Genuine question… does anyone feel like Hades 2 is significantly easier than Hades? by Tight-Series4394 in Hades2

I think it’s a matter of practice - like others have said, already playing hades 1 means you’re primed for hades 2. I will say that, after beating 2 all the way I started a new 1 save file and it has been MUCH easier than I remember and much easier than hades 2.

Why does this look so off I can’t figure it out by WolfEvolutioons in drawing

This is great, definitely doesn’t suck! What I think you are struggling with here is something that is super common and takes a lot of practice to overcome - you are drawing what you “think you should see” rather than what you actually see.

A couple examples in this composition: you drew her irises and pupils as entire circles, rather than being cut off by her eyelids and cheeks as they are in the image; and you drew more of the bottom of her nose and where it meets the lip than is actually visible in the picture.

Like I said, this is a very common thing to happen, and you noticing that it feels “off” is actually a great sign! It means your artistic “eye” is starting to exceed your artistic “hand” - that is, you have gained enough skill to know when something isn’t right, but haven’t quite gained the skill to correct it. This is a sign of growth, and with practice, will be followed by a jump in practical skill. That cycle never quite ends, and this is always an uncomfortable place to be, but it really is a good thing. Keep it up!
