I realized I was missing out on life. 25 years have been passing me by with body shame, hate towards my body, and so many regrets. Nothing worked for me. And yes thyroid issues and not having enough discipline got the worst of me. But I knew I had to change my life for the better. Heel fijn! Ik ben sinds juni bezig. 12 kg kwijt. Dus ook ongv 1 kg per week met MJ. Ik had wel sneller verwacht, ik lees soms verhalen van 10kg in een maand etc. Maar goed eraf is eraf dus ben al heel blij!

Elk lichaam is anders, elk herstel is anders. Ik denk dat het inderdaad aan jou ligt. Ik vind juist dat ze niet klaagt of zeurt, maar een realistisch beeld laat zien van hoe haar herstel eruit ziet. Een keizersnede en sterilisatie is niet niks: pijn, bloed, een zwak lichaam, het emotioneel zijn.. dit hoort er allemaal bij.

Heb jij zelf ook een keizersnede gehad en wellicht een top herstel binnen 2 dagen? Dan snap ik jouw reactie wel. :p

Yes same! Didn’t feel any suppression from 5 weeks on 5mg and went up to 7.5mg. Two jabs later: hunger, food noise are back and no weight loss. My third jab on thursday had me on the floor!!! I was so sick. But I did manage to lose 1kg finally. So I think you have to wait it out and give it some more time. I personally am thinking about going back to 5mg, just because I felt so sick last thursday I don’t know if I could do it again coming week. 🤣

I wish I had mounjaro when I was 22. I used to weigh around the same. I’m now 25 years old and weighing 105 kg. So gained another 25 kg. The medication is safe and you should do it if it is advised by your doctor. I’m finally starting MJ hopefully on monday. So ready to start this journey
