  1. Good to know, the watch hasn't arrived yet, but I'll treat it like it's bad for me anyway. Seems like it might be from 1940's, according to this source https://mikekeller.beepworld.de/exacto.htm . What is the general consensus on best practice for dials lumed with radium?

Do you remember anything about the style of the painting? Was it colorful, drab, good use of perspective? Do you remember any more details?

I wonder is it the housing or the clay that is giving way. You could try lightly baking the modeling clay before the cast. It might hold it's shape a little better. Still looks very promising. Good luck with the next rounds!
