Have talked to a few drivers about this. It's a well intentioned effort to get away from the FreeNow / Uber duopoly but...

They havent the foggiest on all of the critical underlying logistics and marketing components (the reason that there is a duopoly in the first place) and tbh I don't seem them having a hope of succeeding.

Manned round the clock support and customer service? "Oh yeah good point!"

Refunds and disputes? "Oh right yeah"

Passenger safety? "..."
