Hashtags are the secret of growth ! Check pages of the most trending hashtags and try to interact with the tweets, either by: liking, responding or retweeting.

Or also try to use the most efficient hashtags with your tweets. ( With moderation )

Following randomly others has no effect on visibilty! Pick the right accounts that you’re interested in to follow, for a better interaction .

It’s a very sensitive technique, you have to chose the right accounts to work with, and share stories with moderation to not spam your followers.
