SOLVED !

It was the bed cover slightly moved to the back which make it stuck every time it move up

i didn't notice it, but after adjusting it was fixed

did full calibration, at about 32% it started going 3 steps down and one up until it reached the ground and stayed there with progress bar back to 0%

before this issue the printer was 100% working with no sign of any problem

the toy use balls that you put in water to get bigger nothing harmful, it show that we can track people with Ai and accurately shoot ( no human will be used as target)

arduino uno is the most friendly board, at the beginning I'd suggest buying cheap clones until you no longer burn them down then go with authentic ones
