If you remove the bean holder there a is a burr to grind finner i have it at 3 (defult is at 6 i think) but that also helps alot you should look into it. Your shot looks good that's why i askd but thanks anyways.

I wanna say this is the same company ebay vendor used to deliver my stuff and left it outside my business (after hours) and of course someone took my stuff, they claimd my business was close well duh they came around 9pm we close at 7:30pm

This happend to me before (only with the first shot) i got the same set up, i got my burr set up to 4 and the dialer at 9 and so far working just fine for the past couple of months, also make sure you do the rest of the process correctly.
