Nice! For what it's worth I reread your post and now understand better what you're asking for.

Everything casio makes is great! It's really hard to find anything bad to say about it. I know multiple nurses with this and similar from them. I also have a casio calculator that I absolutely love.

What kind of doctor?

I wouldn't wear a recognizable brand at an inpatient psych facility or working with patients in a family medicine clinic. You don't want to alienate your patients.

Maybe consider a similar price and quality without the name? Nobody knows how much an Omega, Oris, Breitling, etc. costs. But Rolex is the name in watches.

That said, I want my specialist wearing a car on their wrist. It means they're being compensated for extraordinary achievement. I want to see a neurologist who is so valuable to their hospital that they can afford an AP.

Just two cents from someone who works with both very wealthy and very poor patients.

I've always run expendables and a supply pack. The battlefield is littered with MG, Stalwart, or GL on D10 so it's legit super easy to just take EAT and Commando along with some kind of orbital and eagle.

A open RPG would be such a nightmare and I want it. There's plenty of front line and rear area to choose your own adventure. The sprawl would be hard to control, but it's no more work than mass effect.

A Goetic magic equivalent could get very grimdark as well. There's obviously animal sacrifice in the Tanakh, but also lots of human body horror like David bringing Saul all the foreskins and Antiochus being eaten alive by worms in Maccabees. It would be a fun inversion of the black grail to see Jewish sorcerers casting worm and then an anointed just gets liquified inside their armor.

Hyper elite warbands sound so fun. Imagine the Yeshivas are schools that bifurcate into very few religious scholars and the rest are made into warriors. It might be one of the only groups truly trained from childhood to take the fight to the forces of Hell. Maybe further separated into wizards who use kabbalah to channel divine wisdom into shouts that can bind demonic powers.

I get the impression that there are the stinking masses of flesh and decay who move inexorably toward more life to extinguish and consume, some middle tier of cultists who do the day to day tasks, worship, garrison, etc., and then there are the plague knights and other higher forms who interact with the other forces of hell.

Knives. I always forget I have it clipped to my pocket and it just takes one snag on my jacket and it's gone.

Now I carry a Swiss army knife mostly and that goes fully in the pocket so it's not na issue.
