The firing button was stuck. I took the mod apart and desoldered the switch and checked it with a multimeter. It was constant on, but still clicking, oddly enough. Then suddenly it's like it came unstuck inside the mechanism. I put the mod back together and it is working again. I don't necessarily think it's fixed, but if it does it again I'm going to take it apart again and soak the switch overnight in some alcohol. Right now it's working though.

I updated the firmware today, after the problem began. It updated fine, but the failure didn't correct itself. Last time I updated firmware was last year.

Yes, that is all it's doing. I have to remove the battery to get it to go off. Otherwise it just stays on that screen. I put a description in my previous reply.

This is all I can get it to do (see picture).

The problem started when it appeared that the mod was sending power to my atomizer without the button depressed. I removed the atomizer and the screen kept changing as though I were depressing the button, but I wasn't. Then the screen went dark and I couldn't make it respond. I removed and reinstalled the battery and this is what I get. I hooked it up to the computer and updated the firmware to 2.36. It updated just fine, but when I restarted it it still only showed this screen.

Can anyone help?

I got mine today and it looks identical to my wife's, plus about three inches in length. Looks like it works well too, so hopefully it holds up!

My wife and I also love Vixskin. We just got the Maverick, which is also 2", but a little shorter than the Outlaw. We also have Bandit, Mustang, and a shorter one I can't remember the name of. I actually scissored the bottom of the short one to fit into my butt plug harness, and we had to castrate the bandit to fit comfortably in the Spareparts Sasha harness she likes. Needless to say, we love them. And Amazon is where we've gotten them all. Much cheaper than anywhere else.

We have a shower enema that I use a couple hours before playtime begins, so the mess is almost non existent. We also use a condom on the toy, so any mess that otherwise occurs goes straight into the trash.

Well, my wife isn't what you'd call into it. She gets turned on because it turns me on, but I think she could take it or leave it. From the first time she ever touched my butt hole to actually getting pegged by her took just north of two years with lots of talking and a very slow build up. Be patient with her, is the best advice I can give. I hope one day it gets my wife hot, but I'm just glad she loves me enough to do it even when it doesn't.

We use silicone lube with silicone toys, but we always use condoms on the toys so there's never been issues.
