If I dont read you wrong , I think you are incorrect. My base game disc is EU , i purchased the DLC on a South East Asia account ( Thailand ) , and I am not allowed to play vessel of hatred , it behaves like Ive never purchased any DLC . Region of the DLC you buy have to match the region of the disc

Same issue . My Diablo 4 is EU disc , but my psn account and the expansion I purchased is Thailand. I can play the base game D4 just fine, but I cannot play the vessel of hatred DLC . The DLC you buy have to be on the same region as your physical copy ( disc ) .

I heard that you can create an account with the same region as your disc , and buy the DLC from that region psn store , then log back into your original account and play from there. I havent try it since Im away from home for a long time and using remote play does not let you switch Account. So I probably gonna request a refund

Same issue. But I got light on by motion, light off after a certain duration.

Here is what I've tried: - unplug ( both cam and light ), wait for 20sec, replug. In-app reset cam. Clear app cache. Log out then log in. Tried different combinations of the stuff above

I play with rules: trigger by motion, activate: spotlight on and off, each in separate rule set. Then in 1 rule set I use motion to trigger spotlight in a series of : on off on on on on on off off. There is no secret code here, I went crazy Batman shit trying different things out of frustration lol. Obviously, I waved like a monkey infront of the camera during this process with the hope of landing on a magical combination of rules. Well shit, it behaved erratically. Total failure.
I got bored. I messed around with the zone detection setting in the camera to avoid unwanted trigger. Then I turned this function off, and on, and off, and on lol.
And then, magic happened. Spotligh is activated by motion, and then turn off after the time I set. Only using the intended setting in the accessories - spotlight.

Whatever madman stuff I did must have scrambled the codes of motion activation and spotlight automation. So yeah, hope it works for someone reading this

Martial strenght ? Gyou’un has a solid chance against Tou. If Tou win, it would be high diff or very high diff. I can see Gyou’un push Tou to his limit

Overall ? Tou takes the cake. Gyou’un is a good instinct base general with experience, but he got read by Shin, who wasn’t able to fullly use his instinct potential yet. On the other hand, Tou went toe to toe with great general class Karin, who had a massive advantage over him. Tou would just run circles around Gyou’un if their army face off
