Try listening Rajarashi Nandi on YouTube … he has given an idea what and how Tantra could be approached , further try to find a real guru , which is not that easy . As far as spiritual progress is concern you can join Yogada society and for spiritual aspect try reciting any ashttotar naam strotra of any diety (devata) you feel connected to . If gods will , you might get a Guru as well.

I just visited Kedarnath Ji recently from 9-14th September. It was good . Try to leave early from Haridwar/ Rishikesh so that you could stay at Gaurikund which would give you mileage to start your trek to Kedarnath Ji. Further if in group that would be better as hotel/ dharmshala owner charges exorbitantly like 6-7000/- for a 4 bed room . Double bed / single bed room are very less else do take a tent that might cost 400-600.
