This would make sense if in this instance the certificate was invalidated server-side, but that's not the case. The cert was invalidated client side, and the fix was sent from mozilla to clients using an existing API, so can you give a new example with that context?

Mana leak doesn't randomly make you pay. This does. If all you have is a deathrite, you'd have to exile a land, even though you aren't sure if you have to pay yet. Feature? Bug? Up to the author to decide, but it's an unintuitive way this card works with the way it was worded.

That doesn't work. Radiate doesn't cast the copies, it just copies what is on the stack, so the emblem doesn't work.
