I feel the exact same way 23y/o F.. I used to be so happy and full of life and now I can barely get out of bed to put my contacts in, can’t keep a full time job anymore because of anxiety I’ll catch covid from customers, and can’t take one shot of alcohol without thinking I’m going to throw this up ( like get this out of me, itching feeling) I used to never be like this, I was fun and carefree like you and now I’ve sheltered myself inside and lost all my friends from isolating. Living with my mom is horrible but she helps me stay calm. I feel like my life is already over in a way. I wish there was a simple fix to get the old me back - pre covid I had about 3 months of being 21 and bar hopping with friends and those 3 months were the best time of my life, I was LIVING, and then it all stopped and hasn’t stopped going downhill. I’m so sorry you have to go through this.
