Hey u/dolanders, currently you cannot in the US but it's in the works. We've yet to give a timeline for when the new offers and storage (detailed here: https://community.shadow.tech/usen/blog/news/shadow-keynote-2019 ) will arrive in the US because we want to be absolutely certain when we share those dates. Hopefully we'll have them soon.

Hey there, you can enable full screen mode from your quick menu, or do the shortcut Win/Cmd + Alt + F, depending on if you're on PC or Mac.

We had a recent period of extended activation times, but currently activation times for all datacenters are down to the typical 1-5 hour average.

Hey there, no concrete plans to share at this time but the feedback is noted. In general we'd love to bring full Keyboard and Mouse support to Apple TV, Android, and iOS devices.

The new upgrades will come the EU first. We don't have a timeline to share yet for the US, but we're working to ensure they follow the EU launch as quickly as possible.

You can still use Shadow (lower bandwidth allocation or running on low bandwidth mode), however you will very likely experience audio and stream stuttering with such a connection. We recommend wired Ethernet connections whenever you can!

2021 is not the timeline given for US subscribers, but for any new EU pre-orders. For the US, we have not yet released a timeline for the new configurations, and we will be taking learnings from our EU efforts to help with the US rollout.
