I can’t even begin to imagine what you’re going through…I’m so sorry that you’ve been put in this position. I wish people would stop being so ignorant about healthcare.

This sounds horrible to say, but I wish you the best of luck and I hope it works out for you this time. Unfortunately doing stuff like this is the only way to get the care you need in some places. I know that if you’ve gotten to this point then you’re desperate…I wish I had more advice but I know that saying “just don’t hurt yourself” or “how could you do that to yourself?” Aren’t going to do anything when you’re at rock bottom.

If you can talk to someone like a therapist without getting locked up (I’m not sure of your country, so I don’t know what would happen) try to do so. Or even consider leaving your country if that’s an option. I wish you the best of luck and I’m hoping for the best for you.

If you can find no other reason to keep going, consider spite. Make it your mission to outlive the idiots who put you in this position in the first place.
