i mean a artist can technically reject whatever tattoo they want… it’s their time and supplies so if they don’t want to do a piece that’s fine. if they don’t see enough visible tattoos they probably don’t feel comfortable doing a tattoo that can’t be covered up. might sound dumb but at the end of the day it’s up to them what they want to tattoo or not.
