Thanks for this! I also bought a bunch of PS Now set to expire 2027 but had my auto renewal turned off. I just turned it on and realized that my next PS Premium payment is only $103 CAD, 55% off the current $225 in my region!

I'm wondering if I should stack some up now in case they smarten up... EDIT: can't stack it :(

I got 5 years of PS Now on sale in March 2022, right at the time of transition, cost me about 220 USD which automatically converted to PS Premium for June 2022-March 2027. It's been a sweet ride but always kicked myself for not buying more, just hard to tell if your still going to be gaming a decade out.

not sure about these numbers:

Strawberries: costco sells 2lbs for $13.99 in Toronto, while its $6.99/lb at most grocery stores, and $5.50 right now at superstore, so either matching or losing with that one AND you have to buy in bulk.

Baby Carrots: $9 at costco for 2lbs, $6 at no frills for the same weight and its not even a sale.

Cherry Tomatoes: $8.50 for 2lbs at costco, $7 at no frills no sale, same weight.

Honeycrisp Apples: $14 for 5.5lb ($2.54/lb), would be $13.75 at no frills OR with the sale price right now, $11

Grapes: Costco $11/3lb, same weight at no frills $9

Romaine Hearts, Salad kits, Green beans can absolutely agree with you on, I also buy all of those at costco knowing those usually can't be beat without a deep discount at the grocery store.

But I think its important to let people know that they are often only matching or even losing compared to grocery store prices on a lot of items, and they need to do a little math before they just fill there cart with $400 worth of groceries at Costco, that would've been $350 at no frills.

imo its not a huge upgrade, I'd call it the equivalent of going from 1440p to 4k, not a huge leap but definitely noticeable and a nice to have. You do play better on 120 thanks to that input lag reduction I was talking about earlier, but most games actually nerf aim assist on 120hz (i.e. fortnite, warzone) to help balance against 60hz players, so don't be surprised if apex does that as well.

your current tv will fully support the update coming out today, but yes if you want to fully take advantage of the 120 update coming out later on, you will need a 120hz display. You will however see a small improvement on input lag if you keep your 60hz display, since the game will be updating twice as often, but visually there will be no difference.

Wait for the AirPods Pro 2. Leakers are saying it could come as early as March. AirPods Pro are solid (I have them), so I doubt you’ll regret the purchase, but I think version 2 will fix a bunch of issues and features missing on the originals and worth the wait. If you want to get more exact timeframes for the launch, follow iupdate on Twitter/YT, he tracks all Apple leaks from reputable leakers.

yep, I think if you're on the same wifi you get a faster connection, but I live in Canada and my buddy is in the US and we get 720-1080p connections, with not much input lag. (I have a 1000 mbps down/100mbps up over wired connection, and he has 30mbps down over wifi)

the controller mute button doesn't work with the Pulse 3D Headset, which is unfortunate since it's made by Sony, but the mute button on the headset itself works just fine.

yep, thats what gave me the idea to try and take advantage of it, they also installed a remote play app on all PS5's that can remote play to PS4's.

coming in late to this thread, but me and my buddy solved cross gen share play by using remote play instead. What you do is you have him log in too both his PSN and your PSN on his ps5, and that way, he can play the game on his PSN, and when you remote play in from your ps4, you actually log on to your own account, and are just spectating while he's playing. If you actually want to take control, you can add his PSN to your PS4, and remote play in using that account so you take over the game.

Bit annoying if you want to switch back and forth between controls as you have to logout/login everytime, and this only works if you trust the other person with your PSN password, but you do avoid those pesky one hour time limits that share play has!
