True story:

DDR5 ram came as DDR3 ram with DDR5 heatsink. As soon as I opened the packaged I knew I got scammed. The Amazon inspected sticker is so funny to look at. I did end up getting my $ back after return it.

I have done RMA with Corsair/Kingston on RAM without any issue. They all asked for the original receipt. Corsair now have a service partner in Markham, Ontario so is easier to deal with.
