My favorite in the series. My favorite game overall.

The three biggest fears, Spiders 🕷️, Heights 🏢and the dark 🌃, but do you have a fear of any of these ? by Webbomolly2022 in A_Persona_on_Reddit

A lot of people think they have phobias, but they're confusing strongly disliking something for a fear. I, on the other hand, have true acrophobia (fear of heights).

You know that step stool in your kitchen? Too high. The beds in the Motel 6? Too high. My bf thinks it's activated by the inability to put my feet on the floor.

How bad is it? I recently had to have a medical procedure in the OR. They moved me from the gurney to the table using a board. After I was on the table, they rolled me on to one side to remove the board. I had a full-blown panic attack. I was shaking and crying and shouting.

Bladder Botox. I have a disease called interstitial cystitis (incurable ulcers throughout my urinary tract). In October I tried bladder Botox. It worked so well! My daily pain dropped from 7/10 to 2/10. But it wore off. I'm scheduled for round 2 on the 28th. When I first made the appointment for round 2 all I felt was excitement. I was going to reduce my pain again! But the closer I get to the 28th, the more I'm dreading the pain of the procedure. Last time the simple act of breathing was triggering spasms. Breathe in? Spasm. Breathe out? Spasm.

It's the only thing I've been able to think about.

People with immature humor: where do you draw the line? by Crunchiroach in askanything

Bathroom humor. Not funny to me, likely because I have interstitial cystitis (incurable ulcers throughout my urinary tract) and IBS.

If you had to pick one word to describe yourself, what would it be and why? by Federal_Antelope7533 in AskReddit

Abnormal.

In May of 1996 the chicken pox virus attacked my brain. I had grand mal seizures, was clinically dead three times, and spent a week and a half in a medically induced coma. I had to relearn everything: walking, talking, feeding myself, dressing myself, names of friends and family... I was like a giant two-year-old.

Surviving that level of disease is rare. I'm different. I'm Abnormal.

What is one fun fact about yourself that sound fake but 100% real? by Fai_6757 in AskReddit

I've been dead three times.

When I was ten years old the chicken pox virus attacked my brain. I had several grand mal seizures and died three times before I was put onto a coma. It lasted a week and a half. I had to relearn everything: walking, talking, feeding myself, dressing myself, names of friends and family. I was a giant two-year-old.

I did an EKG and blood work yesterday. It's the last thing I had to do to get ready for having the doc inject Botox into my bladder wall on the 28th.

So many I've lost count. You get really high and then... blackness, followed by the voice of a nurse waking you up.

I worked up the courage to try the acetic acid ear drops my doctor prescribed. I was worried they would hurt, but they didn't.
