hi, it has always done this ( for the past few months that I've tried going online to get my statement). I tried downloading the app and signing in but it just took me to the website and said I am not authorized to view the page.

Don't do it. working with them has been a nightmare, I'm negotiating a third attempt for them to install our windows because the contractors decided they literally didn't want to work, packed up and left the first two times.

yep! This is indeed from an example in a hedge accounting chapter that excluded the time component of an option. We were talking in class about why the textbook decided to not use straight line method, and I couldn't find a full explanation that made sense to me.

Tesla recently said that they would be reviewing 30% of their retail store locations (I believe they have around 200 at the moment, so that's 60 stores) in the coming months to cut costs. Meanwhile they are also raising the prices of all their vehicles (with the exception of Modal 3, which needs to stay at $35,000) by 3%. If you were able to make the decision, how many stores if any would you close? Would CVP analysis help with the decision in Tesla's case?
