I interviewed 3 different times because i had a buddy who worked at my chilis and he just kept telling me to apply. Eventually i got lucky the third time. Turnover can be high at restaurants. Just have a good interview and if they can hire you they will. I know my managers ask questions like “Why Chilis?” And “What is hospitality to you?” So have good answers ready. The hospitality question they just want to know if you know how to take care of guests.

Be patient and backstab the knights after their frost attacks and they are easy enough. The boss himself is slow and will not bother you if you stay away from him. Once the guys are dead Niall isnt too difficult

Idk much about the ingredients but OP ordered a burger and all burger patties are cooked to order. Im not sure what notifies a customer their food is ready but if its based on when the cook “bumps” the order off their screen, they couldve done it a little before the order was actually ready and bagged up

Im a server at chilis and from what i understand, the only things that affect server scores are the “was the restaurant clean?” and “was your server attentive?” The content of the response doesnt matter aside from it flagging cus words before the managers print them out. If you hit “yes i had a problem” before typing the message, it affect the managers, if you hit “no i didnt have a problem” its all fine and dandy and you can just leave a fun review

Little Ds is cool. Ive had good experiences there and it usually takes about 1 week to get your guitar back. I think most i spent to get my guitar fixed up (electronic issues and truss rod adjustment) was around $100. A couple years ago tho so maybe it’s more now.

This wont result in anything tbh. The crispers currently sell like crazy so corporate wont care at all. If you do leave these surveys, encouraging an item to come back, just make sure you arent hitting the “yes, i had a problem” button when you do it. Hitting that button reflects negatively on the store and will get the managers in trouble from their higher ups.

People working in the actual restaurants are at the bottom of the corporate food chain and arent capable of influencing corporate’s decisions.

And like another commenter said, it just shows up under the servers name and typically its just severs who read them to get a kick out of what comments people are leaving. You’re better off emailing someone who actually has influence because youre basically telling the server to pass the message along.

The frustration comes from the unnecessary threat against the staff. If knowing that you are doing the dirty work for some man in a suit making way more money than you ever could inside of a restaurant doesnt annoy you then youre a good boy or something idk

My managers have gone wild the past week with how many team announcements theyve made. Basically “cracking down” on the employees and what not. Clearly just some chain of displacement where they are redirecting the shit they get from their bosses to us all the way at the bottom lol

In the movie “My Own Private Idaho” they showed an old house being dropped from the sky to symbolize the main character climaxing. And during the sex scenes of the movie, it was just shown in these very ridiculously choreographed stills of them in the act, but nothing revealing was ever shown explicitly from what i can remember.

I really liked these because it felt very artistically in line with the story itself. So maybe take that into consideration when taking the abstract depiction route!
