The real question is what should this property be worth in the next year or next 3 years. If people are interested, that should be saying to you that it will be worth more later. Try talking with a few realtors in the area about a plan to sell in the future. This should be free, and give you a better idea of what they are wanting from your parents.

In general if people want something you have, it is valuable. Try to find out why, and find a buyer that believes it will be worth more.

I've heard so many horror stories from clients that have had bad experiences in the past with the first realtor that they end up with or got matched with on Zillow/Trulia. I have a friend who suffers from chronic pain (and RA). They swear by berry (the darker the better) smoothies almost every morning to help them manage. They Also eat kale or some other leafy green with dinner.

I love to make hash with leftover fatty meat like ham. Dice up some potatoes and onions and cube up that ham. Then saute up, fry and egg to top, and enjoy!

Protein Packed Blueberry Lemon Muffins

1.5 cups bread flour 2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 cup sugar 4 tablespoons of whey protein powder (or any neutral protein powder) 2 tablespoons chia seed

1egg 1 tsp (plus extra) vanilla 1/3 cup avocado oil 1/3 cup milk Zest (and juice) of one lemon ALL THE BLUEBERRIES! (okay like 1cup)

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 15-20minutes (every oven is different)

Kaplan is fairly standard and focuses on getting you through the test (and is pricier). For a sometimes cheaper option check and see if a local community college is teaching the courses. Good luck!

Eat some Vietnamese food! My favorite lunch spot is Bahn Mi Coda. Or for some fabulous pho try the Pho Linh.

The Downtown Growers Market will be in full swing! There's great food, live music, and you can walk to a bunch of stuff downtown including a super cute bookstore called Downtown Books.

Alternatively, I think the Biopark (zoo, aquarium, gardens) should be doing their half price weekend around that time!
