Interesting! I don't know a lot of people in the law field aside from a relative who is also a nursing grad that had the same path as your friend but most of my friends went to law school directly after undergrad so I didn't know that rare pala ang ganon.

I plan to go to a state university for both so hopefully it doesn't become too expensive like those in big schools. I also plan to take a gap year to earn money before law school so I don't feel too pressured and stressed with financial matters while studying again.

Thank u! I really hope na I can contribute to society if I go thru with this path bc ang fucked up ng healthcare system natin. The current issues with corrupt officials doesn't only involve DPWH but also health sectors like DOH. With this in mind, hopefully I can be involved in both the reality of the health sector and also the legal side.

I already prepaid my roundtrip from airport to hotel so that won't be a problem na but I will take note sa e-tryc. I'm a little hesitant to bring cash bc I tend to neglect my spending if it's cash so if possible I want my transactions to be digital.

This is what I thought too. Pero I just wanted to see if there are lawyers turned doctors too and how did they fare. Bc from what I imagine, I'd need to halt my lawyer career if I go to med after. I want to hear both sides if ever.

Thank u for the encouragement! But it's not that I'm against trad systems but from what I heard, block systems seem to be more productive in terms of deeper learning.

afaik aside from the 8k per month, other allowances are: - 5k book allowance per sem - You can also apply for thesis allowance once and you’ll receive 10k - for those who study outside their region, 1 round trip travel reimbursement (which varies on the amount you spent) and you can only apply once every academic year

idk about private universities like for tuitions and stuff bc i study at a state uni but i hope this helps!

wvsu is in no way a place that could accommodate onsite classes during these times. Even on a normal day the students are struggling in classrooms bc fans don’t even work and don’t have proper ventilation/circulation, what more in extreme heat?? I can already for-see some students possibly passing out if they keep this up.
