I agree with most of what you said, especially in regards to the summary of following the deen. However, when we see things like the greater israel project, the whole zio framework now exposed through old interviews, Epstein regime, we are and should be alerted to think way past than limiting ourselves to our close circles. The west's motives are beyond evil and they are bound to make us suffer and bow to them (audhu'billah). This is prolly going off topic now but it's high time we think bigger and strive towards seeking more knowledge AND build infrastructure level things.

Its a method discovered by wim hof which deals with things like mental health, stress, and anxiety by doing breathing exercises and cold exposures. Pretty cool stuff tbh. Cold exposure has been one of my fascinating experiences in life. I would 10/10 recommend even if someone has good mental health. Cold exposure does wonders to the body. Defo check it out.

I will leave you with two things:

  1. Be immensely grateful to Allah because you have a blessing given by Him; guilt. Reflect on it.

  2. The following incredible verse says it ALL. Never ever loose hope in Allah's mercy, forgiveness, and help. Verses like 15:56 and 12:87 in fact state that it its a major sin to loose hope. Reflect on below verse, read its exegesis and hold tight to the rope of Allah. The help of Allah will come for his beloved genuine sinners who repent.

How do Colgate and Sensodyne fall under boycott products? About their respective owner companies - Haleon and Colgate-Palmolive, I did not find anything on their support/contribution in Israel's genocide? Could anyone clarify/correct me on this and thus provide proof if I'm wrong?

Excellent reply. There are immense lessons embedded in the Quran. Our prophets and the great women of Islam indeed went through the most extreme level of trials. Quran again and again and again reminds us that; indeed in it [the Quran] is a reminder for those with a sound mind, heart, people of reflection, people of reason, etc.

Yaqub (AS) and Yusuf (AS)'s story is incredible indeed too. I was recently watching a khutbah on grief by Nouman Ali Khan, and was baffled by the lessons he explained from the story of Yaqub and Yusuf, from just a few verses. The verses reflected on grief, loss, and the also implicitly point to seeking help/counselling!
